I recommend Betsy Taylor if you are selling a home in the Gaithersburg area. Betsy guided me through the process of renovating and selling my home, bringing a wealth of experience, resources, and connections to the task. She was especially good at setting expectations for the process. The photo spread and video tour that she created made the house look amazing. When a difficult buyer bogged us down in frustrating negotiations for a month, she chased down another potential buyer. We just closed last week, very close to the asking price.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would, from the first meeting to the staging of my townhouse to her amazing follow-up, her keeping me in touch, no surprises, and her professionalism. Everything was just incredible. She sold my house in under 30 days and at $10k MORE than the list price! I’m talking from the moment she sat down, and we talked about what we wanted to do until the buyer went to closing. Now, from the time she put it on the market until we got a buyer, it took just two or three days, but the entire process couldn’t have been more than 25 days. It was incredible.
